The Australian Pink Floyd Show are known for their almost obsessive attention to detail in the music and visual aspects of their shows and are pulling together the strongest and most experienced Pink Floyd production team assembled to deliver a truly world class show for their 2011 tour.

They can now announce the veteran lighting and stage designer Roger Searle will be the Tour Project Leader on the 2011 show with a brilliantly simple brief; ‘ What would Pink Floyd do today?’. Roger will be using the latest cutting edge, state of the art technology to enhance the essential elements of the existing Pink Floyd show to take this tour to another level.

Roger Searle has more that 40 years lighting and stage design experience, as well as production and tour management. He has worked with many of the greats including The Who, Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Whitesnake, Gary Numan, Judas Priest and was production manager on the 2006 David Gilmour ‘On an Island’ world tour.

As Tour Project Leader for the 2011 Aussie Floyd Show Roger is currently producing the show to hit the road mid-January. Plan’s are already at an advanced stage for the 2011 Tour with exciting news shortly being released on the groundbreaking 3D visuals and sound system. With Roger’s help the 2011 show is set to be a staggering visual and sound onslaught, a true reflection of the passion, respect and musical skills of the Australian Pink Floyd.
