As Al and myself had to give Poland a miss last January I popped the question of next January to Bigdog, possibly Germany was the reply. Hamburg on the weekend of 27/28th April sounds good to Al and I.
So Mr and Mrs Scotch
Mr and Mrs Mike
Mr and Mrs thechiefbat
And Mr and Mrs Bigdog. have we got a date.?

I'm up for it but as usual it has most certainly to be a majority vote in favour that will guarantee both mine and Mrs Bigdogs attendance.

Thats great Steve, hopefully we will hear soon from Mr and Mrs Scotch, Mr and Mrs Mike and Mr and Mrs thechiefbat. The sooner we book the cheaper the flights are and the better the concert seats are.

OK, My flights are booked, Manchester-Hamburg 26th April 2013. Concert tickets booked and now in my possession, front row 02 Hamburg 27th April to see the best Tribute band in the World, and now my Hotel booked, somewhere in Hamburg Zoo, now that could be interesting returning home on the Sunday after what should be a fab weekend with great friends off this forum to see The Aussies.
Roll on April.
Anyone else on this forum fancy it the details are
Manchester - Hamburg with Lufthansa, Friday 0815 26th April £97.60p Rtn.
Lindner Park-Hotel Hamburg £168 Per room for 2 nights, that's a standard double
Tickets for the Gig were 146 euros for 2 tickets but that includes a fairly hefty Postage charge.

Yay!!! Mrs Skotch and I will be joining you too! Tix will be booked tomorrow as will all other accomodation and flight arrangements. Will be a great meet up again!

CLARIFICATION TO MY LAST MESSAGE: It has been pointed out to me that during a previous drunken discussion, Mrs S made it quite clear that she wanted to go to Hamburg. I thought she was adamant she didn't want to go, but have had it pointed out that it was me who said that. I don't exactly recall, but hey-ho. That's come as a bit of a blow skotch ! Our return flight time from Hamburg has been bought forward......we are going to have to get up on Sunday morning before we've been to bed on Saturday night  .......it's a good job that I'm so young and fit (not)

Hi guys long time since I posted but just wondering why still no Irish dates Dublin or Belfast for the 2013 European tour ? Went to 2 of the excellent gigs at the Olympia in Dublin this year and will be very dissappointed if we miss out again in 2013 (we didn't see you in 2011)......We do have Roger and the Wall tour confirmed today as coming back to Dublin on Sept 18th 2013 at the Aviva stadium so have that to look forward to
